Top 10 Smartphones Launched in India This Week
With Consumer Electronic Show behind us, it is time to start looking at MWC in March. But before we get there, it's time check out some new smartphones that got launched in India this week.
This week we saw a few big launches in the smartphone market. Microsoft was the major attraction among the users. The tech giant launched the Lumia 435 and Lumia 532 in the Indian handset market.

Both smartphones come with the latest Windows Phone 8.1 operating system, Microsoft's Office suite, including Word, Outlook for email, Skype, Lumia Camera and up to 30GB of free cloud storage.
Other than Microsoft, Samsung also launched four new smartphones under its Galaxy range. All four smartphones offer 4G LTE connectivity. Apart from these, Intex launched its first Android 5.0 Lollipop smartphone, priced at Rs. 6,990.

Microsoft Lumia 532 features 4.0-inch WVGA LCD screen and runs on the latest Windows 8.1 (with Lumia Denim update), 1GB RAM, 8GB inbuilt memory and a 1560 mAh battery, which can keep the phone running for close to 22 days under standby mode.
The device is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, alongside microSD card support ( up to 128GB). It also houses a 5MP (rear) and VGA (front) camera. The handset comes pre-loaded with an array of native Lumia apps such as MS Office, OneNote and OneDrive.

The makers have added a 1560 mAh battery.
It runs on Microsoft's Windows 8.1 Operating System and comes with the pre-installed Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), OneNote and Microsoft Outlook.

The makers claims that the smartphone has the "world's biggest battery" and is rated to deliver up to 43 days of standby time, apart from 28 hours (3G) and 31 hours (2G) of talktime. The device also houses a fingerprint scanner. Notably, the specs of the handset are impressive.
