While all the major tech firms are busy unpacking their products at the Computex 2014 tech show at Taipei, Indian smartphone makers are busy releasing low-end smartphone to compete with the newly arrived Moto E from Motorola.
Motorola has been actually hit the bullseye by launching the Moto G and Moto E in India.

One of the main reasons why the company scored pretty well is because it offers the latest Android Version in the best of the price which is as low as Rs. 7,000. The Latter was so much liked by the customers in India that it went out-of-stock two times in a row. However, Motorola's exclusive online partner Flipkart did not hesitate to ship more units in the Indian shores.

But the Indian smartphone makers didn't stay calm, and started launching similar devices soon. Among all, Micromax was one company which launched two very competitive devices called the Unite 2 and Canvas Engage against Moto E. Like-wise, Lava launched Iris X1 and it's premium arm Xolo also released its Q600s smartphone with Android KitKat OS in it.

Thus, this month saw the best of the low-cost Android KitKat handsets in the market. However, these were not the only ones that got launched. But also other devices like Panasonic P31 and Nokia Lumia 630 and more were launched.
