Vertu is famous all over the world for its ultra-premium styling and features in their super luxurious mobile phones. It is a favourite among the big whales who has a lot of cash to burn. When it comes to automobiles the first option that the super-rich would have must be a Ferrari. So what do you get when these two giants join hands?
Vertu has been working with Ferrari to produce an ultra-grand and premium mobile phone for the past couple of months. The result of the joint venture is Vertu Constellation Quest Ferrari. Some pictures of the device have been made available in the net and without doubt the phone looks super cool. Vertu has been keeping a low profile for some time now as there has been news that its parent company, Nokia, was planning to sell it.
Some of the pictures have been released in Vertu website along with a teaser video. It shows a bar phone styled phone with full QWERTY key pad. The design is very unique and has lots of details to it. The major construction of the body is done in a lustrous silver coloured metal and obviously it will be some luxurious metals like white gold or platinum. The keys are covered in premium material too probably leather and they have black colour shading except for two keys on either side which has the same metal covering as the body.
The bottom portion has a strip of leather covering. The top of the display has a V styled protrusion to emphasis the fact that it is a Vertu device. The back side of the phone has a black coloured finishing. The V styled projection is at the back side also and the Ferrari logo is kept beside it. Over all the design of the phone is amazing and very attractive.
The phone has 2.46 inch screen. It is of TFT LCD type and the screen is protected by sapphire crystal covering. This ensures that the screen won’t get scratched easily. This is a quad band phone and supports four different mobile phone frequencies. The gadget has a 5 mega pixel camera at the back to take quick snaps on the move. World maps are also installed in the device and this gives you turn by turn navigation no matter wherever you are in the world. Others specs might be similar to the phones in Constellation series.
Vertu Constellation Quest Ferrari‘s price tag is not yet announced. Don’t get any funny ideas that it would be affordable; be ready to get your pocket burned if you want to grab hold of this device.
