Why Hrithik Roshan is Wearing A Jawbone Up in Oppo Find 7 Ad?
Looks like, fitness fanatic Hrithik Roshan's secret to a healthy life might be in a plastic bracelet. Yes, the 'Krishh' actor was spotted wearing a Jawbone Up wristband in the Oppo Find 7 event posters and TVCs.
For those who are not aware, the Jawbone Up is a high-tech fitness gadget that tracks how long you've been sitting, how many steps you've taken and whether you're getting enough quality sleep or not.
It vibrates if you've been still for too long, times workouts, counts calories and calculates how physical activity affects your mood, using information users enter into a smartphone app.
The Jawbone Up fitness band is ideal for workout warriors who want to keep tabs on how much they move, sleep and eat.
Jawbone-Oppo Twist in the Story?
There might be a possibility that Hrithik Roshan is wearing the fitness band to track his physical activity, calorie intake and sleep, however, we have observed that the actor had been seen wearing the Jawbone Up only during the Oppo smartphone ads and TVCs. Which gives a different angle to the story.
Initially Jawbone Up was compatible only with iOS devices, just recently in March 2014, the fitness band was made compatible to Android phones. The version 3.0 got the new Android Up app update for Jawbone UP and Up24 and also brought real-time support for the wearable.
Currently, outside India the device is compatible with tech manufacturer's Android handsets including Samsung, Sony, HTC and more, however the fitness band has not marked an official entry into the market.

Hence, there might be chances that when it is made official in India, Jawbone Up will also be compatible with the Oppo smartphone series including the newly launched Oppo Find 7, 7a and the rotating-camera N1.
At the same time, let us tell you Jawbone Up is already available online for purchase, at a price of Rs 7,999 onAmazon India.
But in the end, nothing is clear, Oppo didn't give us a confirmation on the same and we are still waiting for a response from Jawbone. Further, Oppo also confirmed that O-band, the company's very own fitness band is not coming to India in the near future.
