Just a day ahead of launch, the upcoming Xiaomi Mi4, has been seen in a number of leaked images. The crazy handset is being touted as a Galaxy S5 Killer with its super powerful quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor and of course metal-clad body.
The purported handset is expected to go official on July 22, and today the debut handset has once again leaked in some new images, showing monolithic design.
Surprisingly, some new alleged images were posted by Xiaomi VP Li Wanqiang on Weibo account. The new device sports curved edges, and apparently the Mi 4 isn't different from its predecessor in respect of design.
Moreover, the upcoming handset appears to have slightly thinner bezels around the display, and will come with a slimmer body. Notably, those leaked images do not answer the question about what material was used to produce the device. It is widely believed that the rear back panel of the Mi4 could be similar to the rear-back panel of the G3, which appears like brushed metal, but is made of regular plastic.
Specs-wise, the new smartphone will sport a 5.5-inch QHD display, and might powered by an incredibly 2.5GHz Snapdragon 805 chipset coupled with 3GB RAM. Other impressive hardware features include a 16MP Sony OIS camera at the back, as well as a 5MP shooter on the front for taking selfies. The Mi4 is also expected to come with a powerful 3,200mAh battery. The device will be supporting the 4G LTE connectivity.
The Xiaomi Mi4 seems to be a perfect device for those who are craving for a high-end device, similar to the LG G3 and the HTC One (M8). Stay tuned to GizBot for more updates!
