Lava's premium subsidiary arm Xolo has not listed its latest budget friendly samrtphone called A500 Club on its official website at the Price of Rs. 7099. The company has already ben maintaining a healthy devices in the "S" series which include A500, A500s and the A500L.
However, the latest A500 Club will stand out if compared with all th other devices falling in the "A" series. This is, in fact, the company's first smartphone which comes with a dual front-facing speakers. Thus you can probably say it as a music-oriented smartphone.
The company has not officially launched the handset in the market as of now. However, the specs are already laid down on the site.
Accordingly, the smartphone comes with a 4-inch capacitive touch screen display offering a resolution of 480×800 pixels. The display is based on One Glass Solution (OGS) technology and also features a pixel density if 233ppi.
It uses a 1.3 GHz dual-core MediaTek MT 6572 processor with Mali 400 MP GPU coupled with 512MB RAM to power its system and runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) OS.
Imaging will be taken care of by a 5.0-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera is quite capable of making video call and taking selfies.
There is a minimum internal storage capacity of 4GB which is expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card.
Apart from a Dual SIM support, the phone comes with 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP and GPS.
Xolo A500 Club comes with a 9.3 mm thick body and is powered by a 1400 mAh battery.
The newly launched smartphone from Xolo will compete against a number of domestic devices like the Lava Iris 458q, Micromax Canvas Fun A74, Karbonn Titanium S5i, Lava Iris 405 and also the latest Spice Smart Flo Pace 3 Mi-502n. Apart from these, smartphones like Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo S5312 and many other are also there which will compete with the latest Xolo A500 Club.
