Xolo Q1000s Quad Core Phablet Rumored to Come in July: 5 Popular Quad Core Rivals

XOLO is reportedly said to launch a new smartphone called Q1000s in the Indian market soon. According to NDTV Gadgets report, the phone will be released in the end-of-July at the approximate price of Rs. 16,999.

Perhaps going by the rumored specs that are taken for a multiple reports, Xolo Q1000S is expected to come with a 5-inch HD display and will be powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor. Talking about camera Xolo Q1000S is likely to come with a trending 13-megapixel rear snapper and a premium 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The smartphone will obviously run on the latest Android version Jelly Bean Operating System. Moreover, this smartphone is said to come with just a 6.8mm thickness.

As more of the domestic mobile phone manufacturers are coming up with the premium devices it is sure that Xolo wants to add their name to the competition as well. Thus the ongoing rivalry between the latest devices Micromax Canvas 4 and Karbonn Titanium S9 will definitely be more stiffer when the Xolo Q1000S will make its advent in the market.

Although Xolo has a rich portfolio of devices with high specifications like Xolo Q600, Q700, Q800, and Q1000 in its 'Q' Series and their price varies from Rs. 8,999 to 14,999, their best flagship smartphone is the X1000, which comes with a monster 2GHz Intel processor. The device is priced at Rs. 17,790 on Flipkart.

Apart from this, the Indian smartphone maker has also recently put Xolo Play T1000 for preorders. The smartphone will however be made available for buying on July 15, 2013 at Rs. 15,999.

Xolo Play T1000 is powered by Nvidia Tegra 3 processor as we had reported earlier. Xolo Play T1000 will have 4.7-inch display with a resolution of 720X1280 pixels and pixel density of 312ppi. Internally, the smartphone will have 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded by up to 32GB through a microSD card. Xolo Play will run on Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean). For camera, there is an 8-megapixel rear camera with BSI sensor and a 2-megapixel front snapper. Xolo Play will be a Dual SIM smartphone and other connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 and GPS/ aGPS. The smartphones comes with a 2,000mAh battery on board. The rear camera also supports 1080pixel video recording.
