Xolo Q1011 Android Kitkat, 8MP Rear Camera Budget Phablet Now Available at Rs 9,999: Top 10 Rivals

Since low-cost Android KitKat devices are being launched in Indian market heavily, more and more manufacturers have started using the same as the USP in their handsets. Recently, Xolo has launched two handsets with the same Android version called the Xolo Q1011 and Xolo Q2000L.

Both comes with almost similar specs with mild variations. Since there are already number of smartphones that are currently being sold in the Indian market with the similar specs, GizBot has come up with the top 10 rivals that will stand against the latest Xolo Q1011. But before heading on the the rival devices, you might want to check out the specs and pricing of the handset.

The Xolo Q1011 comes at the price of Rs. 9,999 with a 5-Inch HD IPS with One Glass Solution technology and it offers a resolution of 1280 x 720 and a pixel density of 294ppi and it is powered by MediaTek 1.3 GHz Quad Core processor and Mali 400 - MP2 GPU clocked to 500 MHz. The smartphone also uses 1GB of RAM and as said earlier, it runs Android KitKat v4.4 operating system.

The handset can also make an average imaging device as it features an 8 MP rear camera with BSI Sensor and LED flash and a front facing 2MP shooter as well. The rear camera can shoot videos at Full HD resolution and also features options like Scene detection and tuning, High Dynamic Range (HDR), Low Light enhancement, Face recognition, and Geo Tagging.

Connectivity options include: USB v2.0 High Speed, USB OTG, BT 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, and 3G. Moreover, it is needless to say that the handset comes with a dual SIM slot as most of the Xolo Phones come features the same. It houses an internal storage capacity of 4GB which is further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.

In terms of form factor, the latest Xolo Q1011 measures 143.6 x 72.2 x 8.3 mm. Xolo has packed in a 2250 mAh battery in the phone, which according to the company will offer a 2.5 hours of charging time.

Also the company says that the handset will offer up to 550 Hours of standby time on 2G network and 509 hours in 3G network and 26.82 hours of talktime on 2G Network and 13.55 Hours on 3G.
