Yesterday Lava's premium smartphone arm Xolo officially launched its latest handset called the Xolo Q2500 at the price of Rs. 14,999. The device is a large-sized handset with a massive 6-inch display on the front. This could sound like a mid range challenger for a Nokia Lumia 1320 which comes with the similar sized display.
The smartphone's display size has been growing year over year, and the 6-inch profile could be the stalemate size. Anything above 6-inch can be called tablet and calling it a smartphone would be absurd in a number of levels.
However, 6-inchers are doing pretty good in the market. Thus today GizBot has come up with a number of deals pertaining to Xolo's latest 6-incher called the Q2500 which was recently launched.
But before heading towards the deals, take a look at the specs of the device.
It features a 6-inch HD IPS display, which offers a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor with 500 MHz Mali 400MP2 GPU, backed by 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory, which can be expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card slot.
This dual-SIM supported phone runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of the box. On the imaging front, the device incorporates an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with BSI sensor, a single LED Flash and support FHD video recording. There's a 2MP font-facing camera on the front side. Other connectivity options include: Dual-SIM, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, FM Radio and USB OTG support. Moreover, the Xolo Q2500 comes with a free flip cover. The phone measures 8.9mm, and is powered by a 3000mAh battery.
