Xolo Q700s Plus Gets Listed On Official Company Website At Rs 8,499: Specs and Competition
Just yesterday, Lava's premium smartphone arm Xolo launched its latest octa-core smartphone in the form of Play 8X-1000 and today the company has officially listed the new device - the Xolo Q700s Plus on its website along with the price tag of Rs. 8,499.

The latest offering from Xolo is a successor of Xolo Q700S smartphone which was launched earlier this year. The only difference between the two are the upgraded Android version and 8GB native storage on the latest one. Apart from that almost all the specs are exactly same.

Xolo Q700s Plus: Key Specifications
The latest Xolo Q700s Plus sports a 4.5-inch 854 x 480p display and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M CPU coupled with a 1GB RAM. The smartphone runs on Android v4.4 KitKat and houses 8GB of internal storage unit which can be further expanded up to 32 GB using microSD card.
In the imaging front, users will find an 8 mega-pixel rear camera along with a front-facing VGA shooter as well. Connectivity options include: 3G, USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, WLAN support and it is a Dual SIM smartphone which draws its energy from a 1800mAh battery pack.
Competition
The latest smartphone with Android KitKat flavor that are being offered by most of the Indian manufacturers fall in the same price range at which the latest Xolo Q700s Plus is being offered at. Thus , most of the devices come with alike specifications consisting of a quad core CPU, Android KitKat OS, 1GB RAM and price range around Rs. 7,000, leading to a tough competition in the segment.
Precisely, devices like Celkon Millennium Ultra Q44, Intex Aqua Style, Micromax Canvas Fire A104, Xolo Q510s IPS, Intex Aqua Style Pro and Micromax Unite 2 share most of the hardware components of the latest Q700s Plus smartphone.
