Xolo Q900s Plus: Lightest-Ever Android Smartphone launched at at Rs 7,999

Xolo is one of the Indian handset makers that are expected to make it big in the native market in the long run. The company is already known for being on the same foot with others in the market and releasing its own smartphones. After listed in the official website couple of weeks ago, the noida-based Premium smartphone brand Xolo has made Xolo 900s Plus available for sale finally. While the handset was listed for Rs 8,299, it is now available for Rs 7,999 on the e-retail store Infibeam.

Xolo 900s Plus is the successor of Xolo 900s which is equipped with Windows Phone OS. And as per the report Xolo 900s Plus is the lightest Android phone with the weight around 100grams and 7.2mm thick.

Xolo Q900s Plus specifications

Xolo Q900s Plus sports a 4.7-inch qHD multi-touch IPS OGS display with scratch resistant Dragon Trail Glass with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels which translates 312ppi.

This mid-range offering is clocked by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (MSM 8212) processor with 400 MHz Adreno 302 GPU besides 1GB of RAM and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.

Further, Xolo Q900s Plus comes with 8 GB of internal memory with an expansion slot via microSD, 8MP camera with PureCel sensor, LED Flash, 2MP front-facing camera.

In terms of connectivity, this single SIM smartphone supports 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and is fueled by an 1800mAh battery. Moreover, it supports sensor like magnetometer, accelerometer, proximity sensor, proximity sensor and ambient light sensor.

Coming in Black variant, Xolo 900s Plus is now available at Infibeam at Rs 7,999.
