Xolo Win Q900s: Key Specifications
The Xolo Win Q900s comes with a 4.7-inch multi-touch IPS OGS display offering an HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The display is also protected by a scratch resistant Dragon Trail Glass.
It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (MSM 8212) processor with 400 MHz Adreno 302 GPU. A 1GB of RAM will also be complementing the processor. The device runs on Windows Phone 8.1 OS.
Imaging aspect of the smartphone is taken care of by an 8MP camera with PureCel sensor accompanied by a LED Flash and at the front there is a 2MP snapper. Users will get an 8GB of internal memory, which can be further expandable via microSD card.
Connectivity options in the Xolo Win Q900s include: 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and it is a Dual SIM smartphone powered by a 1800 mAh battery.
Since Windows Phone market is predominately dominated by Microsoft-owned Nokia, the new entrant from Xolo might give a morsel of a prospective to the buyers in India. As well, since there are barely any good hardware featuring affordable devices available in the Indian market, customers willing to buy WP devices in a budget range are not quite convinced with the deal.
Nevertheless, the Xolo Win Q900s will surely be one of the best buys at the moment. While there are several other Windows Phone devices from Nokia under Lumia brand that you can likewise mark out before getting to any conclusions.
The Xolo Win Q900s directly competes with the Micromax Win 121 that has similar specifications and is also on sale in India.
