One of the smartphone makers which is building its reputation fast in the market is ZTE that comes from China. There are a number of devices that the manufacturer has already released in India which includes the popular Grand series. Now the company's long time rumored handset has appeared online in high-rez pictures. Called by a strange name Grand S EXT, it comes with a curved back panel which looks pretty clean and elegant at the same time.
The latest information about the device comes courtesy of red-dot-21, and the site has also posted a couple of images of the handset. In terms of design, the ZTE Grand S EXT looks like it follows an industrial design with solid build quality. Also the curved back panel of the device is pretty evident from the pictures of the Grand S EXT.
There is a very clean line and a polished chamfer along the edge. The site further elaborates on the description of the handset which says that Nano Molding Technology (NMT) is used to build the device and it will be the first smartphone in 2014 to use NMT.
NMT means that plastic and metal are amalgamated together to give the metallic feel to the product. The device will be lighter and at the same time the production cost will also be cheaper compared to full metal body featuring handsets.
However the company has not officially spoken about the device as of now and neither the specs of the handset are out until now. But most of the reports online suggests the handset's launch will happen sometime soon. We'll let you know more about the device as soon as we get hold of the new updates pertaining to the handset.
