ZTE S2004 and Q509T Smartphones Get Spotted Online

Chinese smartphone maker ZTE, which has been pretty much silent off late, in terms of launching devices in India, has started hitting the headlines now. Two devices from the company has been certified by the Chinese Certification site TENAA, which is a Chinese equivalent of FCC.

Off late, TENAA has become another source of news, at least an ore for upcoming Chinese smartphones. Just a couple of days ago, the same site revealed a new phone from Gionee with a better battery back and other smartphones as well.

ZTE S2004 and Q509T Smartphones Get Spotted Online

Coming back to the news in hand, the two new devices in question are the ZTE S2004 and ZTE Q509T. The website has also revealed the specs of the new devices. Moreover, it is pretty much a detail listing.

Thus, according to the listing, the ZTE S2004 operates in 2G GSM 900/1800/1900/850 MHz , 4G: Band 38, Band 39, Band 40, Band 41,2635-2655 MHZ, Band 1, Band 3,1.9GHz, I, 3, 3G: TD-SCDMA, CDMA, WCDMA frequencies.

The smartphone comes with a 5.5-inch TFT Capacitive display, resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels. Other specs include 2.5 GHz Quad-Core processor, Android v4.4.4 KitKat OS, 8 MP Rear Camera with Dual LED Flash, HD (1080p) Video recording, 3 GB RAM, 16 GB Internal memory, Not Expandable, Gravity Sensor,Proximity, Light Sensor. The smartphone will be offered in White and Black color variants and it measures 154 × 77 × 9.8 mm and weighs in at 170 grams.

On the other hand, the ZTE Q509T sports a 5.0-inch TFT Capacitive display with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. Other specs include 1.3 GHz Quad-Core processor, Android v4.4.4 KitKat OS, 5 MP Rear Camera with No Flash, 2 MP Front Camera, 512 MB RAM, 4 GB Internal memory, Expandable Up To 32GB with microSD card, Gravity Sensor, Proximity and Lithium Ion 3900 mAh battery. The device will support 2G GSM 900/1800/1900/850 MHz , 4G: Band 38, Band 39, Band 40,1.9GHz, 3G: TD-SCDMA operating frequencies.

This one will also come in White and Black color variant and measures 143 × 72.8 × 10mm and weighs 164 grams.

The two devices are quite different from one another. Both these devices support 4G LTE which is the good thing, obviously. However, the latter device has a very low-end RAM featured in it.

ZTE has not spoken about the two new devices formally until now and the pricing and availability of the two devices are still unknown.
