Airtel 4G LTE Now Launched in Jalandhar Along With Special Tariff Plans

After launching the 4G internet services in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Ludhiana areas of the Punjab circle, Airtel has now extended the same service to Jalandhar. Airtel also launched its 4G LTE services in Haryana back in March and rolled out voice services on 4G in the first three cities earlier this month.

In Jalandhar, Airtel customers can access 4G via use of dongles, Wi-Fi CPEs (Customer Premise Equipment/ routers) and mobile phones. It will give customers the fastest broadband experience at home, while Apple iPhone 5S and 5C customers can experience 4G on the move.

Airtel has been extending the 4G services in India pretty fast and it already offers 4G LTE services in other cities like Kolkata, Bengaluru and Pune and Bengaluru has already got 4G services available on mobile.

If you are not aware of the 4G phones that can be operated in the above mentioned circles, you should know that Apple iPhone 5S (models A1530& A1518) and iPhone 5C (models A1529 & A1516) users can experience 4G by upgrading to a Universal SIM/4G SIM. The USIM comes free with the purchase of dongle (Rs. 1500) or CPE (Rs. 2500) and is priced at Rs 49 for mobile users. It is also available on Xolo LT 900 and LG G2 (D802T).

Moreover, Airtel has also launched a special pack of Rs. 999 for postpaid users (mobiles, dongles and CPEs) and Rs. 995 (for prepaid) that comes with 10GB of 4G data.
