Avaya, Google Partner for Contact Centre Solutions
* US-based business communication solutions firm Avaya has partnered with Google to offer contact centre solutions for businesses. RBNL starts new trade solutions and account planning division. Media entertainment firm Reliance Broadcast Network Limited (RBNL) has started a new division for trade solutions and account planning. It would be headed by Reliance Broadcast Network Strategy and Services Head Sunil Kumaran, the company said in a statement.
This division will provide marketers associating with RBNL a much stronger proposal to increase the effectiveness of media plans, it added.
