Inspan, the official distributor of Genius computer accessories has launched a new mouse 6000Z, tipped to be a traveler friendly device in Indian market. Traveler 6000Z is a wireless mouse operating on 2.4 GHz frequency band. The new wireless mouse is going to be sold for Rs 1,950 and will be available only in black color as per the company sources. 

The new wireless optical mouse will have features like 1000 DPI optical sensor, a power switch and USB pico receiver. Talking on the occasion, Mr Sudhir S, MD of Inspan Infotech commented, “Genius has always looked for designing and developing smarter products that suit the comfort levels of customers and Traveler 6000Z is one such product”. 

Images suggest that this new mouse has an ambidextrous design and a contour shape. The wireless mouse will have a warranty period of more than 3 years. Other than this basic information on shape and optical sensor, not many features of this mouse is known as of now. USB Pico receiver and a power switch which can extend the battery life of this mouse make it suitable for users who are frequent travelers. 

Inspan has been bringing in many advanced computer accessories like speakers and headphones from Genius in India. Earlier this month, they had launched a portable bluetooth speaker model names SP-900 BT at Rs 4,000 in Indian market. Delivering a 2 Watts output power, the bluetooth gadget can be used to play music wirelessly anywhere. The built in lithium battery is chargeable using USB port. Another highlight of this bluetooth device is that it can enable hands free video conference facility when connected with a smartphone.
