G'Five to launch 5 low cost Android phones

The Indian handset manufacturer, G'Five is in plans to launch five Android smartphones in India. These are low cost Android phones that will fall in the price range of Rs 6,000 to Rs 12,000.

Of these five handsets, four of them will sport 4 inch touchscreen displays while the other one will have a 5.3 inch display. This indicates that G'Five is coming out with 4 Android smartphones and an Android powered phablet.

G'Five G95 is the 5.3 inch smartphone tablet hybrid device. It will be available for a price in India of Rs 9,499. The most expensive of these five devices is the G'Five G3D and is priced at Rs 11,799. The other devices G'Five A79, A86 and I88 will be available for Rs 6,999, Rs 7,999 and Rs 8,999 respectively.

Four of these smartphones will be sporting an 8 MP camera and the other one will have a 5 MP camera. A couple of these devices will be powered by the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. The other three devices will be powered by the Android ICS operating system.

Interestingly, G'Five has not only come up with smartphones but it has also announced the launch of G-cloud, a cloud based service. Currently, not much details of these devices are known. We will update you more on these handsets soon.
