Huawei Honor launches in April in India

Huawei, the Chinese handset maker will launch Honor soon in the Indian market. Honor will be powered by Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. This smartphone will be available for a price in India of Rs 20,000. It is also expected to receive the Android 4.0 ICS update.

Huawei has customized the smartphone as per the requirements of the Indian consumers. It will hit the stores in the first week of April. The company already unveiled the Honor smartphone in September 2011. It has a large 4 inch high definition display. It is powered by a 1,900 mAh battery that offers three days of back up to the device.

Honor has a 1.4 GHz processor, 8 MP camera at the back and 2 MP front facing camera. It is a powerful device that is sleek. The back panel of Honor is scratch proof. It has an exclusive user interface that can be managed and customized easily. The Gyroscope offers it an improved gaming experience.

Honor is DLNA certified indicating that it can inter-operate with DLNA certified devices like TVs, digital cameras and gaming consoles.
