Images of Sony Xperia SL leak online
Early this month, there was a news that Sony is planning to launch the Xperia SL, a variant of the Xperia S. Now, the press shots of the new handset in trendy pink and blue colors have leaked online. This new handset is targeted towards the youngsters.
The Xperia SL is codenamed LT26ii and it is almost similar to the LT26i, the Xperia S. The only possible difference could be a bump in the processor. The specifications of this phone are not known. May be, it could simply be the Xperia S with different color options.
The Xperia S was announced in January during the Consumer Electronics Show 2012 (CES 2012). It was launched in India in April.
Specifications of Sony Xperia S
- Android ICS (upgraded recently)
- 4.3 inch HD display
- Dual Core 1.5 GHz processor
- 12 MP rear camera, 1.3 MP front camera
- 32 GB internal memory
The Xperia S is available in the Indian market for a price of Rs 32,000 approximately. This is a micro SIM supporting handset. Check here on how to convert your existing SIM card to micro SIM. The Xperia SL is expected to be unveiled at the IFA expo that is scheduled to happen in September in Berlin, Germany.
