iPhone 5S, iPad 5 : Apple Next Generation Successors Coming in Mid 2013 [REPORT]

Apple unveiled iPad Mini, the 7.9 inch miniature of the original iPad last month and it is still awaiting its release in the Indian market. Meanwhile, iPhone 5 has already hit the retail shelves of the country only a couple of weeks ago. And now, there are rumors circulating on the web regarding the next generation smartphone and tablet from the Cupertino based tech titan.

A recent Digitimes report has emerged claiming that Apple could release iPhone 5S and iPad 5 during mid-2013. Apparently, the upcoming iPhone 5S and iPad 5 will be the upgraded version of iPhone 5  and iPad 4 in terms of features, performance and of course sales volume too.

At the same time, when it comes to iPhone 5S, earlier there were reports suggesting that the company could begin the trial production of iPhone 5 successor in December. The reports also stated that Apple could be unveiling the two next generation devices in Summer 2013.

Apple created a backlash when they released the iPad 4 alongside iPad Mini in October 2012, as it was only seven months since the launch of new iPad. This turnaround was the shortest ever recorded between iOS devices.

Also, it is to be noted that Apple could once again be shifting iPhone launches to summer time, as it did with the iPhone 4 and earlier versions. Only iPhone 4S and iPhone 5 were launched post summer and the other smartphones were launched in June or July.
