Windows 7.5 users can expect the 7.8 update to start rolling out to them from November 28 onwards, according to the latest report by WMPoweruser. Windows 7.8 is an intermediate update for those users who are on Windows 7.5 instead of moving to Windows 8 platform.
It may be recalled that Microsoft China had earlier hinted at the possibility of releasing the 7.8 update before this year end. If rumors can be trusted going by the earlier announcement from Microsoft China, then users will start getting the update this week.
Some experts believe that a big Nokia event is also being scheduled for 28, where this Windows 7.8 update could be announced. As it is already known Nokia is now the biggest and most serious OEM using Windows OS.
