MTS MBlaze Power Wi-Fi Launched With Built In Power Bank

Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited (SSTL) that provides telecom services under the brand MTS, has announced the launch of its latest product- MTS MBlaze Power Wi-Fi. It is a portable hotspot, which provides long hours of internet usage and also acts as a power bank to change mobile devices.

According to to SSTL the Power Wi-Fi is a one of its kind integrated device that packs in a 5200 mAh battery bank which can fully charge a smartphone up to three times. Also, it can provide hi-speed data connectivity to up to six devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops, Smart TVs, Gaming Consoles on MTS' 3GPlus telecom network, SSTL added. "MBlaze Power Wi-Fi is yet another testament of our commitment to innovative and discerning solutions for data customers."

MTS MBlaze Power Wi-Fi is offered for both for prepaid and postpaid customers and would be available at all MTS branded retail stores and with leading online retailers. The prepaid price for the device is Rs 3,499, which includes 10 GB of bundled usage with an additional benefit of 5 GB for YouTube and validity for 30 days. For postpaid, the applicable pricing is Rs 2,999 and monthly postpaid plans are applicable. The device is available for purchase through retail stores and online with Snapdeal.

The product has a decent specification which include: BCM 43362 WiFi Chipset, Qualcomm 6600, EVDO Rev 8 CDMA chipset, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, support upto 6 Wi-Fi devices simultaneously, Dual antennas for better signal strength, USB 2.0, Supports up to 32GB external SD card, LED indicator that shows WiFi status, Charging , Battery level and notification, Web GUI dialer and 5200 mAh battery with up to 15 hours continuous WiFi usage (for 1 device).

In a related news, the company has also partnered with HP where it's offering its MBlaze Ultra Wi-FI dongle for free with every purchase of the Omni 10 tablet. Apart from this, 200MB of free data will be provided to customers each month and the promotion is said to be lifelong.
