MyOperator Collaborates with PM Modi’s 'Mann Ki Baat' Telephony Services
MyOperator, the call management system on the cloud has tied up with the Government of India to provide its stellar cloud telephony services for Prime Minister Modi's radio programme "Mann Ki Baat".
Through its powerful technology architecture, MyOperator has collaborated with the programme to handle the just launched toll-free number 1800-3000-7800.
This service will facilitate those citizens of the country who wish to record their problems, thoughts or questions for the PM to address during Mann Ki Baat.
So far, one had to log on to the open forum on the MyGov.in website or send letters to connect with the government.
With the option of recording one's comments through call, the PM and the Mann Ki Baat programme will be able to reach a much wider audience throughout the country.

Speaking on the development, Ankit Jain CEO and Founder, MyOperator said, "We are pleased to associate with the Prime Minister's noble initiative of Mann Ki Baat. Through the collaboration, we will apply our easily adaptable cloud telephony solutions to empower the maximum number of citizens with a toll-free number that they can use to connect with the government seamlessly."
He further added, "Internet penetration rates are still not high enough across the nation and the propensity to send physical mail is decreasing every day. In this scenario, we feel that the toll-free number will become one of the most preferred ways of interacting with the Prime Minister's Office as it is most accessible, quick and cost-effective for a majority of the population."
Mann Ki Baat is a radio programme broadcast through All India Radio during which the Prime Minister addresses the nation on a variety of subjects and matters of national relevance. He also refers regularly to the comments, ideas and governance examples he receives from citizens across the country.
