Rdio Launched Rdio Select Ad-Free Station, 25 Songs Per Day For Rs 60 Per Month

Rdio first launched in India back in January this year. Today it has launched a new Rdio Select service that lets you listen to endless stations without ads or skip limits and also download 25 songs per month that can be replaced once per day at Rs. 60 per month.

The recently added feature is said to be the first music subscription service granting ad-free radio and on demand music downloads. The subscribtion is available for Rs 60 per month and less the Rs 720 annually. Rdio Select also includes unlimited access to ad-free streaming radio with unlimited skips and high quality audio at 320 kpbs.

Through this subscription, the users are allowed to keep 25 song downloads for unlimited period of time. The subscribers can also enjoy the offline streaming in any combination from individual songs, albums to curated playlists.

The new downloads will replace the prior song list. Rdio is also curating 10-song playlists that enhance the Rdio Select experience, featuring music from a range of artists, labels and other influencers including their own programing team.

The service will also offer a personalized station known as You FM, a station customized on the basis of the users streaming history.

For now the service is available in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India and South Africa, additional countries will be added in the future.
