Back in April Samsung had announced its two massive screen phones, the Galaxy Mega 6.3 and Galaxy Mega 5.8. Online reports now suggests that it would be launched today in Chennai in less than an hour from now. The company is expected to add an interesting device to it's Galaxy line up of Android devices. Samsung has not yet revealed what device would be launched. But still India may be one of the first few countries to get a first glance of this new device or devices. The device will have 5.8 inch display with a Dual SIM phone and less expensive.
These devices with as big display as 5.8 and 6.3 adds a new milestone to the Galaxy family of devices. The Galaxy Mega devices are expected to be ultra-thin, support split screen, multitasking between video and other apps.
Talking about specs the Galaxy Mega 6.3 has a HD LCD screen display with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. This device is powered by dual-core 1.7 GHz processor and 1.5 GB RAM. The device has got an internal memory of 8 GB expandable up to 64 GB with a microSD card. It has got an 8 megapixel primary shooter with Beauty Face, Best Photo, Best Face, Drama, Rich Tone, Sound & Shot, Sports, Continuous shot features. The secondary camera is a 1.9 megapixel one. The device runs on a 3200 mAh battery.
Another device 5.8 inch Galaxy Mega is expected to be a dual-SIM phone with a qHD resolution. Like the 6.3 incher, it also will have an 8 megapixel primary camera with Beauty Face, Best Photo, Best Face, Drama, Rich Tone, Sound & Shot, Sports, Continuous shot features; and a secondary camera of 1.9 megapixel. It will sport a battery of lower capacity, i.e., 2600 mAH. This device will run the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system on a dual-core processor tuned to 1.4 GHz.
