Swami Vivekananda, India's first youth icon, philosopher inspired millions through his teachings. These have been rechristened in the form of a 3D movie played through a Holographic 3D display system.

Yes, a 3D movie on Swami Vivekananda & his teachings has been brought out by Sri Ramakrishna Mutt, Chennai to commemorate Swami Vivekananda's 150th birth anniversary. This movie is going to be showcased at the Vivekananda House in Chennai where Swami Vivekananda stayed on his return to the country in 1897. The Vivekananda House was the centre of Swami Vivekananda's teachings and thus is a holy place.

 

The movie on Swami Vivekananda is part of a larger project termed " Experience Vivekananda Project" which aims at educating the youth about Swami Vivekananda, his life & teachings, thus aiming at youth awareness. The project was inaugurated on January 12th by Padmashri RM Vasagam, space scientist, I.S.R.O. The viewers experienced great enthusiasm on being involved with such a project.

 

The Vivekananda House also witnessed the unveiling of Chennai's first Holographic 3D display system. Thus, through this, the viewers can get first hand 3D viewing experience into the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda.
