1. Apple

The upcoming rumors states that iPhone 6S will arrive in Spring 2015 and will go on sale exactly at the same time as the Apple Watch. The Apple 6S might deliver a number of updates that will allow the device to sync with Apple's new smartwatch. Not much details are available at this time. However, earlier this week, a patent leak revealed a cool new vibration motor that will allow the next iPhone to adjust its center of gravity on its own while falling in mid-air.

Android spectators are expecting Samsung to deliver a new Galaxy S6 at the Mobile World Congress during Spring 2015. The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S6 migh flaunt a new metal body like the Galaxy Alpha and Note 4. The upcoming phone might not be enourmous in size and will likely feature a screen between 5 to 5.5 inches. A cutting-edge QuadHD resolution might also be packed in the device.

3. Sony

A new Sony Xperia Z4 smartphone might get unveil at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on March 2015. The Xperia Z4 might be a robust phone with top rated waterproofing as well as top tier hardware including a 20+ MP camera with 4K video.

The OnePlus One is the only phone owith the open-source OS known as CyanogenMod, based on the Google Android. According to records, the OnePlus Two will now feature new Android 5.0 Lollipop software as standard. The HTC One M9 is also rumored to feature a 5.5-inch screen with a vivid QuadHD screen. According to the rumors, the upcoming HTC may even have the latest octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor. The HTC One M9 will also feature a 16-megapixel cameral with optical image stabilization. However, HTC may dump the dual lens design from the M8. It might be out for the HTC One M9 in March 2015.
