Track your life with Lifebrowser
Microsoft is working on a new software that is not a usual software. Lifebrowser as the name indicates will allow the users to track their life. The software will collect the data and carefully categorize them by time. It will go through photos, emails, documents and web browser history and then create a timeline of these events. You can browse through time and glance at the main events.
The team at Microsoft working on Lifebrowser is aiming to make the computers smart. This can be done by making them look at the past and also for users to access information easily. As of now, the software looks like a rough version of Facebook Timeline.
Users can control the way these events are displayed. They can also use voice control on the software. It looks at the number smartly. It looks at both the date of creation and modification. It can detect if the user has used flash or not. Unlike Facebook that required you to enter events manually, Lifebrowser tags events automatically.
This project is still under research and it will take some more time to reach the public. We definitely have to wait for its official launch to use it.
