Alleged cases that claim to be made for the 12-inch iPad Pro have been leaked online. French website Nowhereelse.fr has received authentic cases for the much-hyped iPad Pro. What's more, this time around, the leaked cases have been compared to the iPad 2 to give us a clue of big the device will be.
Back in March, the French website had revealed that the iPad Pro would measure 305.7 x 222.6 x 7.2 millimeters. According to new measurements conducted by German site arktis, it was found that it is roughly 307mm high and 222mm wide, and its thickness has been estimated to be between 6.8mm to 7.2mm.
It's being reported that the iPad Pro could be identical to the iPad 2. The upcoming slate, however, will apparently comne with two additional ports - a Lightning connector and a USB-C connector. Rumors also suggest that Apple will bundle an external Keyboard accessory to make the tablet work like the Microsoft Surface Pro 3.
It's unclear whether or not these cases will actually tell us anything exceptional about the iPad Pro. Often times, accessory makers will claim to release cases for Apple's rumored devices before it's even unraveled just to great hype around the device.
Apple is expected to bump up the iPad's screen size with it's next immediate release. Some media reports suggest that the Apple iPad Pro could have a 12-inch 2K screen, a powerful A9 chipset, 2GB of RAM, and a large battery inside.
