Although, Acer has been pretty dormant in the smartphone business, its tablets have created some of name for it in the market.

Now a new tablet has surfaced on GFXBench tool that reveals the specifications of the tablet in quite a clear way. In the past, press shots of the Acer Iconia Tab 7 A1-724 was also leaked.

Anyways, according to the latest benchmark listing, the tablet has a 7-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display. It would be powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410, which is a 64-bit SoC with Adreno 306 GPU. The processor is coupled with 1GB of RAM. Further the tablet would run on Android 4.4.4 (KitKat).

In terms of the camera, the alleged tablet would offer 5-megapixel rear camera with 1080p video recording capability and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

Internal storage seats at 16GB and connectivity features such as WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS are also offered in the tablet. It has single SIM card slot for data and voice calling capabilities, you can also see dual front-facing speakers from the image.

Although, it is not sure when the tablet will be launched but since the new Acer Iconia Tab 7 A1-724 has already passed the benchmark tool, you can expect the device to be announced soon.
