Alleged Photos of 12-inch MacBook Air Surface Online
On Friday, Technology blog iFanr leaked photos that it claims reveal a 12-inch MacBook Air. The images suggest that the new MacBook Air, which is expected to go on sale in the coming months, has a Retina resolution, though the exact pixel count is still a mystery.
One of the striking features of the 12-inch MacBook Air is that the Apple logo on the notebook appears to be closer to the polished metal logo found on the iPad, notes 9to5Mac.com.

This could indicate that the upcoming 12-inch MacBook Air will sport an all new design. That's why the new laptop forgoes the traditional light-up logo, generally found on Apple's MacBook lineup.
The leaks follow last week's rumours which also suggested Apple was putting the finishing touches to a MacBook Air model.
The new model could include mid-end specifications to make the device cheaper. However, it is not clear whether the leaked 12-inch model would be Apple's cheapest MacBook to date.
Until now, Apple's MacBook range of notebooks have been made available upwards of Rs. 56,000 in many Asian markets, including India. Unlike the US, Apple hasn't been able to increase its market share in the notebook market, at least, in India.
The arrival of a cheaper MacBook Air will not only reinvigorate computer sales in general. And at the same time an affordable notebook model from Apple will surely help Apple to grow its non-existent market in India. However, the price of such a notebook shouldn't cross Rs. 45,000 price mark.
