Apple iPad Air And iPad mini with LTE Support Launched Today
One of the tablet devices which is considered the best among the others comes from Apple's stable. Called as iPad , the tablet is much more efficient than most of the other tablets from other manufacturers. Unlike Android tablets which comes in a very wide range of price points, the Apple iPad is pretty expensive.
Now Apple has taken the tablet experience a step forward by launching TD-LTE variants of the iPad Air and iPad mini with Retina display in China. This now brings both TD-SCDMA and TD-LTE support along with standard GSM and WiFi capabilities to the devices.
To refresh, Apple already has a WiFi and Cellular variant of the iPad Air and iPad mini in China with support for GSM and CDMA. Surprisingly, the LTE variant of the tablet is also priced similar to the CDMA variant. This might mean a lot to iOS fans.
