Asus PadFone Infinity was not less than a craze until the company announced its official announcement at the ongoing MWC. The Taiwan based giant very intelligently created buzz on internet to promote its next-gen PadFone contender.

This year at the ongoing Mobile World Congress (MWC), Asus announced a jeweled crown. The PadFone Infinity, naturally, succeeds original PadFone 2.
Undoubtedly, the device is a premium ranged smartphone and comes with hefty features. For instance, its camera features a 13-mega pixel sensor having f/2.0 lens and can do burst shooting at eight fps. The first sample shots have arrived. The device camera performed above average.
The fitted camera inside the device gave crisp and balanced images. The device performed irresistibly decent when shots taken in the low light. The night shots (ISO 400) speaks loud enough to understand the clarity as well as detailing. Few shots were also taken at ISO 800 level and still pictures gave remarkable detailing.

The Asus made PadFone series is like amalgam of two isolated islands. The concept of smartphone -cum- tablet was unacceptable to many. But Asus changed it all and tasted success with its acclaimed series. The original PadFone was a kind of experiment.
Although, it did not sell in decent numbers, but its successor - PadFone 2 shifted 1 million units in less than three months since its announcement. Now the Taiwanese giant announced the PadFone Infinity along with bundled tablet at €999(Rs. 70,622). This is far a cheaper deal when you purchase an iPad 4 with the iPhone 5.
Specs wise, the PadFone is not less than the Sony Xperia Z and HTC One. The device has a 5-inch 1080p HD display , 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 Quad Core processor, 2GB of RAM , Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, 32/64GB of internal storage, Wi-Fi, 3G, LTE, 13MP rear camera , and 2,400mAh battery. The combo pack also include: a 10-inch tablet with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels (same as Sony Xperia Tablet Z).
The device is will first hit many European countries. Its India date is still unknown. If you are planning to purchase via your cousin residing in USA then the luck is not in your favor. The company is not at all interested to sell these kinds of devices in Americas.
