Taiwan headquartered company Asus, has introduced, a new voice calling tablet under the Fonepad series. Code named Fonepad 7 (FE375CL) come with the latest Android Lollipop 5.0 out of the box. It comes with 7-inch HD display with a voice calling capabilities, Intel Atom processor, 2GB RAM, 4G connectivity, dual front-facing speakers with SonicMaster technology.
In an ordinary comparison with Cupertino's Apple iPad Mini, as per specs, we came to know that Fonepad 7 stays ahead of the iPad Mini. The reason behind this verdict is, iPad Mini has no retina display, also comes with a low screen resolution of 162 ppi. Moreover, it is equipped with an old A5 chipset, processor with just 512MB RAM, which isn't as robust as the one in the fourth-generation devices. Adding to that it doesn't have default USB connectivity and memory card slots for the expansion option.
