Dell EveryPad Pro Tablet Launched with Windows 8.1 OS
PC vendor Dell has launched a new 8-inch tablet device, the EveryPad Pro Tablet. The monster tablet runs on Windows Phone 8.1 and offers 4G LTE connectivity. The device is exclusive to Japan for the time being.
The Dell EveryPad Pro tablet sports an 8-inch screen with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It is powered by an Intel Atom Z3775D processor, paired with 2GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage and microSD card storage (up to 64GB). It runs on Windows 8.1 with Bing.

The tablet also has a 5MP rear-facing camera, alongside a 1.2MP front-facing shooter. In terms of connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and LTE.
The device measures in 9mm and weighs approximately 405g. Battery details of the tablet remains unknown. The tablet is priced at $486 or Rs. 29,646.
Dell aims to expand its tablet lineup
Dell has been quite late in the tablet market. However, the company has been gaining popularity in the so-called tablet market.
Dell recently launched the Venue 8 7000 tablet. The newly launched tablet measures in at 6mm, making it the thinnest tablet in the world.
The Dell Venue 8 7000 tablet sports an 8.4-inch edge-to-edge OLED display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600-pixels (2K resolution). While the complete specs are not known, it will run on an Intel Z3500 quad-core CPU under the hood.
The tablet also includes Intel's RealSense Snapshot Depth Camera to measure 3D images. Basically, it uses an Intel RealSense Snapshot Depth Camera, which means that it can measure the 3D depth of your images. The device is expected to go on sale in the US, starting November.
The premium tablet is pitted against the likes of the Google Nexus 9, Apple iPad Air 2 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4.
