Dell Unveils All-in-One PCs and Multimedia Monitors at Computex 2014
The All-in-One PCs have become increasingly popular, both for business and home buyers. With the aim of encashing on the rage of All-in-One computing devices, Dell has updated its Inspiron 20 3000 series at the Computex 2014 tech conference in Taiwan.
The new Inspiron 20 3000 Series AIO is the latest entry-level AIO from the house of Dell that packs an attractive features in a thin light design. In terms of the spec sheet, the AIO may not attract many but its awesome design makes it worthy enough under $400 ( Rs. 24,000 approximately) price slab.
Users who will opting for the Dell Inspiron 20 3000 series can purchase the All-in-One (AIO) with either Intel Celeron Dual Core N2830 Processor or an Intel Pentium Quad Core N3530 Processor. They also have two options to choose memory: 2 GB RAM or 4 GB RAM, both of the DDR3L, 1600 MHz variety.
In addition, the Inspiron 20 3000 series is a regular desktop with a 19.5-inch screen ( with an optional touch support) with a resolution of 1600 x 900 pixels resolution. Other than the display, the AIO features a respectable 500GB of storage capacity, a 720p HD web cam , a media card reader, wired/ wireless mouse, USB entry keyboard/ wireless keyboard, Power button, HDMI In, (3) USB 2.0, among other features. The device will run on Windows 8.1 with Bing/ Windows 8.1 Ubuntu.
The Dell Inspiron 20 3000 Series AIO will be made available starting July 1st in the the United States. Furthermore, it can be purchased right now in select countries around the world starting at $349.99 ( about Rs. 20,940 approximately). No word on Indian launch as yet.
Dell UltraSharp Multimedia Monitors
Besides, the Inspiron 20 3000 series AIO desktop, Dell also introduced three new ultra sharp multimedia monitors. The 27-inch monitor (UZ2715H) has a bright Full HD screen, accompanied by a 2.0 MP FHD camera. The monitor will go on sale starting June 3 , at a price point of $449 ( about Rs. 26, 940 approximately). The 23-inch monitor ( UZ2315H) also come with a 2MP FHD camera, and will be priced at $299 ( about Rs. 18,000 approximately). Last but not the least is a 21.5-inch monitor (UZ2215H), with a 2MP FHD camera , and will go on sale starting June 3 for $269 ( about Rs. 16, 140 approximately).
