HP Slate 6 Voice Tab With Dual SIM Support Now Available At Rs 23,500

Just yesterday HP launched its latest tablet devices, the Slate 6 Voice Tab and the Slate 7 Voice Tab in the Indian market. Now the Slate 6 Voice Tab has already went up for sale via one of the e-retailers Flipkart. The device is priced at Rs. 23,500. On the other hand, the official company website is selling the same device at the price of Rs. 22,990.While the other one is yet to go on sale.

Palo Alto, California-based tech multinational says that the new tablets are designed, "to help the next generation of mobile customers multi-task on the go." Moreover, the unveiling of the device was done by the popular Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone

The latest device which is up for sale comes with a 6 inch LCD Capacitive Touchscreen IPS Display offering an HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The device measures 83.3 x 165.1 x 8.89 mm and weighs 160 grams.

There is a Marvell PXA1088 1.2Ghz Quad Core processor powering the device and it runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system.

Imaging aspect will be take care by a 5 MP Auto Focus rear camera with LED Flash and the video calls and taking selfies will be easier with a front facing 2 MP snapper.

When it comes to the storage unit, there is a sufficient 16 GB native storage with a microSD card slot which will help in expanding the memory up to 32GB more. Moreover HP is also offering 25 GB free cloud storage with the device. For faster performance, the device also utilizes a 1 GB DDR2 1333 Mhz RAM.

Connectivity options include Bluetooth 3.0 + EDR, GPS, AGPS, 3G, Wi-Fi, 3G, EDGE/GPRS, Micro - USB 2.0. More interestingly, this is a Dual SIM tablet. It comes powered by a powerful 3000mAh battery.

HP Slate 6 Voice Tab also features dual front facing speakers with stereo sound which makes it perfect for a music lover and also watching a movie would be just awesome. It is also loaded with HP's exclusive apps like HP Connected Music, HP e-Print, HP Connected Photo and HP File Manager.

Since it is a 6-inch device calling it a tablet wouldn't just be fair. And also Nokia has similar sized smartphones like Lumia 1520 and 1320 devices running in the market. Moreover, the latest HP device will surely find its way up against Lumia 1320 smartphone. These two basically fall in the same price range.
