HP On a High: Unveils New Products in India Including Laptops, AIOs and Printers

At the ongoing Computex 2014 tech show held in Taipei, HP unveiled an array of 11 new products. These included a number of laptops, convertible laptop/tablet and AIOs. At the same time, in India the company has unveiled another set of devices which include a number of EliteBook, a two-in-one notebook, two business tablets, a space-saving all-in-one (AiO) PC, a business Desktop PC and printers.

HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G1

Talking about the all these devices individually, the HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G1 notebook comes with a very thin profile. Precisely, it is 16.1% thinner and 7.3% lighter than the previous generation, and it is a durable device as it has passed through the military-grade tests. HP EliteBook 1040 G1 Ultrabook starts at Rs. 90,000 and is available on www.hpshopping.in.

HP Pro x2 410

HP Pro x2 410 comes with 4th-generation Intel Core i3/i5 processors. It has been designed keeping IT manager requirements in mind, so comes with all device management tools one would expect in a business environment. The HP Pro x2 410 is available now starting at Rs 65,000.

HP 248 notebook

Priced at Rs 36,500, the HP 248 notebook is designed to deliver every business needs and increase productivity of the workforce. It is powered by Intel's fourth-gen Core processors.

HP ElitePad 1000

The redesigned and upgraded HP ElitePad 1000 now comes with a brighter and more durable touch screen with a 16:10 screen-aspect ratio, 4G connectivity and 64-bit capabilities to go along with HP Smart Jacket accessory ecosystem. The ElitePad 1000 costs Rs 59,990 and features Intel's fourth-gen Core processors.

HP Omni 10

HP Omni 10 Powered by Intel's Atom Z3000 processor, it runs on Windows 8.1 OS and also offers essential productivity with on-the-go, long battery life. It is priced at Rs 27,990.

HP EliteDesk 800 G1 Business Desktop Mini

HP EliteDesk 800 G1 Business Desktop Mini includes Intel Shark Bay Q87 chipset and 4th Generation Core processor, Intel vPro capabilities, and is built to pass Mil-STD 810G testing along with HP's Total Test Process and focuses on power efficiency, enterprise security and device manageability solutions. It is priced at Rs 41,990.

HP 205 AiO

HP 205 AiO is a Windows-based All-in-One business PC priced at Rs 31,990. It is powered by AMD APUs and features integrated Radeon HD 8240 graphics solution.

HP T620

HP T620 is the combination of an AMD GX dual- or quad-core processor and AMD Radeon HD professional graphics, making it up to 50 percent faster than the HP T610. It starts at Rs 31, 402.

HP Printers

HP has also introduced the new HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M600 series. It can print up to 45 pages per minute and HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP M680.

MFP M680 series comes in three variants, HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M680dn, HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M680f and HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP M680z.

HP also introduced, Color LaserJet Enterprise M651 series are single-function printers which also support wireless printing from smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices through near-field communications (NFC).

HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476 also announced its first Mopria-certified printer. It comes with the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) feature that offers simpler access control for scan, fax or copy functions and corporate email directory lookup.
