HTC Made Nexus 9 Gets Listed Online: Price Starts at Rs 28,900

Looks like Google branded, HTC manufactured Nexus 9 is all set to hit the Indian boundaries. While the Lollipop tablet got unveiled in October, now it has got listed online in India on the e-commerce website Amazon.in.

At the same time, the tablet has also got listed as 'Coming Soon' on Google Play Store. The 16GB variant holds a price tag of Rs. 28,900, while the 32GB variant is priced at Rs. 44,900 on the Google Play Store. The Nexus 9 is available in both Wi-Fi only and LTE model.

Nexus 9 - Key Specifications

The Nexus 9 sports an 8.9-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels, with corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by 2.3GHz Dual Denver Nvidia Tegra K1 64 bit processor along with 192-core Kepler GPU besides 2GB of RAM.

Further, the tablet will come packed with an 8MP rear camera with LED flash, 1.6MP front snapper for selfies, dual front facing speakers with HTC Boom Sound capability.The slate also features NFC, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi, runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and is powered by 6,700mAh battery under the hood.

Coming to the accessories, the flexible origami-inspired cover for Nexus 9 is listed in the Play Store for Rs. 2,900 and will be available in multiple colors including Mint Indigo, Lime Stone and Black.
