Kupa UltraNote X15: New Tablet Debuts in the Windows 8 Ecosystem

Kupa UltraNote Windows 8 tablet was announced a few months ago with the promise of a modular design having several exclusive features. The most attractive one among them was its ability to maximize the customization options preferred by the users.

The tablet has been making news in the technology world with its features after the announcement. Now, the price of this product has been confirmed in Dynamism.com website which is well known for bringing updates on gadgets to users within a short period of time.

As of now, four configurations of this product are available on this website viz X15 Elite, X15 Pro, X15 Lux and X15 Ultra. X15 Elite comes up with a price of $1,099 (Rs. 59,200 approx). An Intel Core i5-3317U processor having Ivy Bridge architecture is used in this product.

It has 8GB RAM and a storage capacity of 64GB. X15 Pro has double storage than that of the previous one and uses a Core i7-3517U processor. This product support Windows 8 Pro and can access 3G network.

This configuration is available at a price of $1,599 (Rs. 86,200 approx). There are other configurations available priced between $1,199 (Rs. 64,600 approx) and $1,600 (Rs.86, 200 approx). These versions are incorporated with the same Core i5 chip along with additional storage space. Both X15 Lux and X15 Ultra have 128 GB storage and supports 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.

The best features of Kupa UltraNote can be found in all of these configurations. The 10.1-inch IPS (In-Plane Switching panel) screen having a resolution of 1920 x 1080 is the most prominent feature among them. The active digitizer and replaceable battery are the other two common features available in all the four configurations.

They are designed in such a way that the users can plug in necessary accessories like card reader, scanner etc, through the external side panel. Even so, none of these facilities can be expected immediately. A keyboard docking station is possibly being readied for the product along with additional ports and extra battery.
