n 2012, Samsung, Apple and Micromax emerged as market leaders in India, while a total of 72 vendors were shipping tablets in the year.
But looks like one more tablet vendor is aiming to join the list this year. The talk is about Lava. On Friday, the company announced the launch of Android ICS based E-Tab Connect- a 3G voice calling tablet at Rs 9,499 along with a Xolo Q800 smartphone which got launched online.
While, Micromax dominates the budget tablet market in the nation, its ICS tablet - Funbook 3G P600 at Rs 9,499 with similar specifications is a good seller. Hence the new Lava tab has come up with clear aims to fight back the mentioned Micromax offering.
Since everyone wants to own a budget tablet right now, the chances are high that many would be confused on which one to buy.
