Lava IvoryE Tablet With 7-inch Display, Dual SIM Support Launched At Rs 6,099
One of the latest tablets that has been launched in the Indian market is from Lava and it is called the IvoryE. It comes in Silver and Champagne color variants and is priced at Rs. 6,099.
Off late tablet market has not received as many devices in the Indian market. However, low-end tablet devices find their way once in a while. It is true that there are several tablets that are already available in the market that come under affordable range. Thus, competition is always there in the category.
Anyways, the latest tablet from Lava is not much of a kind that will impress many but it sure is a decent entry level device at the cheapest price possible.
Lava IvoryE: Key Specifications
The Lava IvoryE comes with a 7-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) capacitive multi touch display and is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core MediaTek processor with Mali 400 GPU. Also 1GB of RAM helps in multi tasking purpose. The tablet runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) OS.
In the imaging aspect, the latest device sports a 2MP rear camera and a 0.3MP (VGA) front-facing snapper as well.
Internal storage capacity seats at 4GB, but it is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. In the connectivity segment, you will get to see 2G (EDGE), WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth and it is a Dual SIM slate. The 8.9mm thick and 300 grams weighing tablet draws its energy from a 2500 mAh battery.
One of the setbacks of the tablet would be the lack of 3G support. However, it offers voice call.
