Although Lenovo fans are currently waiting to see company's upcoming handset the Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro which is rumored to come with 6-inch Display and Snapdragon 801, the Chinese smartphone maker is taking the opportunity to launch at least something in the interim period.

That's why today, the company has finally made its latest A7-30 tablet officially available in India at the price of Rs. 9,979. The Lenovo A7-30 tablet is available in India through the official Lenovo online store. Last month the company had launched a similar tablet called Lenovo A7-30, which became available on online retailers earlier this month.

Anyways, the tablet comes with a 7-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) capacitive multi-touch IPS display.

It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8382M processor coupled with 1GB RAM and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean).

The Lenovo A7-30 also has a 2-megapixel fixed-focus rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing shooter as well.

In terms of connectivity option, the tablet comes with a 2G (EDGE), 3G (via Dongle), WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and A-GPS. Additionally, there is a SIM card slot that supports 2G (EDGE) connectivity and voice calling capabilities. It has powerful stereo speakers with Dolby Digital Plus, similar to the Lenovo A7-50 tablet.
The tablet measures 10.7 mm thick and weighs 340 grams and is powered by a 3500 mAh battery.

This particular tablet will have to battle against devices like Asus Fonepad 7 and others as well.
