China based company Lenovo has launched a mid-range tablet under A series in the Indian market. Dubbed as Tab 2 A7-30 with 7-inch screen, Quad-core CPU on board. Previously, Lenovo launched Tab 2 A7-10 in India for Rs. 4,999. This device is available only in ebony Black color.

Lenovo Tab 2 A7-30, sports a 7-inch IPS infinity display with 1024 x 600 pixels. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8382M processor, alongside 1GB RAM. It comes with an built-in memory of 8GB, with an expansion slot of up to 32GB via microSD card slot.

This slate measures 8.9mm thickness and weighs about 269grams. Moving to the camera, it features 2MP rear camera and 0.3MP front camera and runs on Android KitKat 4.4 OS, which can be upgradeable to the latest Lollipop 5.0 version.

This tab supports connectivity options like 2G / 3G (with voice calling), WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, front-facing speaker, Dolby Audio and powered by a 3450 mAh battery.

Coming in Ebony Black, Lenovo Tab 2 A7-30 carries a price tag of Rs. 8,500 for 2G variant and costs around Rs. 11,800 for 3G variant. This tablet is expected to hit the shelves around this month end.
