Android 4.3 Jelly Bean: Google Speeds up Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 Update in India

The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update is around 157.7MB and it will be available as an over the air (OTA) update. It is better suggested to use a WiFi network for faster downloading.
