LG Optimus G Pro to Hit Indian Shelves By July At Rs 40,000 Approximately: What More?
After Samsung, it seems now LG is on the verge to splash the Indian market with launch of their latest devices. Today only, the South Korean tech vendor has announced officially that Optimus G Pro will debut in the Asian market including India by next month ie. June 2013.
The massive LG Optimus G Pro was last time seen in India, when it was showcased at LG Tech Show 2013 in New Delhi in April.
Regarding the launch, the press release read that "Optimus G Pro will debut in Hong Kong in June followed by other Asian markets including Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Philippine, Vietnam and Malaysia throughout the month.

LG Optimus G Pro - Price, Release, Availability
As always, GizBot has got some exclusive news for you, just now our sources have confirmed that might be that Optimus G Pro could be announced in India in the month of June, but it will be released in the market tentatively by July 2013.
Supporting, the same, going back to the Delhi event; on the sidelines of the event, Soon Kwon, managing director, LG India also confirmed that Optimus G Pro would be released in India in late June or July at an approximate price of Rs 40,000.
To recap on the specs, the successor of Optimus G Optimus G Pro comes with a 5.5 inch True HD IPS+ LCD capacitive touchscreen display with a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a 401 ppi pixel density. The device runs on 1.7GHz quad core Krait 300 processor with a Qualcomm APQ8064T Snapdragon 600 chipset which is supported by 2GB RAM.
The smartphone has an internal storage capacity of 32GB and micro SD card slot that supports up to 64GB additional storage. Optimus G Pro sports a massive 13MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash and a 2.1MP front camera and runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean OS. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth, NFC and a 3,140 mAh battery.
What About Tab-Book H160 and the Z360 Ultrabook?
At the LG Tech Show, besides the Optimus G Pro, two other devices which caught everyone's attention included the hybrid tablet-laptop called Tab-Book H160 and the Z360 Ultrabook. It was informed back then, that the two devices would also be launched along with the Optimus G Pro sometime in Mid-June. The price of the two devices was informed to be approximately at Rs. 50,000 and Rs 60,000 respectively.

Specwise, Tab-Book H160 comes with Windows 8 (32bit) OS and has a 11.5 inch Multi-touch LCD screen that has a resolution of 1366x768pixels and comes with an HD LED back-light. The device also features an IPS panel. The hydrid device is powered by a Z2760 dual-core Intel ® ATOM processor clocked to 1.8 GHz and is supported by a 2 GB (LPDDR2) RAM. It also features Intel ® Graphics Media Accelerator. The device doesn't have a touch pad but has a auto sliding way 689 key pebble type keyboard. In addition, the LG Tab Book H160 has a 64-gigabyte SSD. With a microSD card, the memory can be expanded. Connectivity options include the LG Tab Book Bluetooth, Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n), HDMI, one USB 2.0 port and a microUSB connector and a headphone output.
The device is powered by Lithium Polymer Battery which gives 12 hrs of life in normal usage where as it only gives 9 hours of life with video usage. It takes AC 16W for the device to charge and run. The device weighs 1.05 Kg.

On the other hand, Z360 Ultrabook is a thin and light device that measures just 13.6mm and weighs around 1.15kg. Z360's 13.3-inch 1080p IPS panel doesn't support touch input, thus there's an array of dedicated hot keys along the left edge of the keyboard. It is a Windows 8 O/S, with the new 4th Gen Intel Core i3/i5/i7 processors. On the Z360's bottom right, you'll find two slots for microSD slightly hidden, as well as HDMI and wired ethernet ports around the device. The Z360 Ultrabook delivers a lightweight ultrabook with a gorgeous shiny white texture body. The device runs windows 8, and includes 128GB SSD memory with Intel HD graphics 4000.
The advent of the Optimus G Pro in July may have a great impact on the other devices, especially Samsung who has been launching devices in Indian market in a massive number.
