Mercury mTab Air: 7.85 Inch Tablet With 3G Voice Calling Launched For Rs 10,999
Since long we haven't seen a new tablet device coming from the house of Kobian. In a wake to capture sizable market share from other domestic vendors, the brand today launched a new 7.85-inch IPS display ready tablet for Indian consumers.
The tablet is priced at Rs. 10,999, and will be made available in the market sometime in February. The 3G-enabled voice calling tablet will face tough competition from the likes of Micromax Canvas Tab P650 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, amongst others.
Mercury mTab Air - Key Specs
The company's latest and brightest tablet, the Mercury mTab Air, has a 7.85-inch IPS display having a resolution 1024 x 768 pixel. Under the hood, there is a 1GHz dual-core MTK8312 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory, which can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card slot.
The Android 4.2 Jelly Bean powered tablet does come with 3G voice-calling with Dual-SIM connectivity support. It is surely hard to find a tablet device with such novel features under Rs. 15,000 price bracket.
Yes, the tablet also comes with voice calling facility for your convenience. Further, the tablet features dual camera (a 2MP rear-facing camera and a VGA quality front-facing shooter) for capturing memorable moments. That's not the end; the Mercury mTab Air also offers must have connectivity options: Wi-Fi, FM Radio, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and more.
