Micromax Funbook P560: Lava E-Tab Connect Single SIM Budget 3G Tablet Rival Launched at Rs 8,999
The second week of April has just passed, and it seems like after the successful start in smartphone category this year, India's tech conglomerate Micromax is shifting its focus to tablet launches now.
The manufacturer has already launched two tablet recently under its Funbook series -- P362 and P360 and just now it has been informed that one more tablet Micromax Funbook P560, a 3G calling tablet has been launched online. Priced at Rs 8,999 the brand new tab is available for purchase at India's popular e commerce site Infibeam.

Micromax Funbook P560 - Key Specs
Specwise, it is a 3G tablet with a single SIM support and will also offer live streaming. Further, the 7 inch full touch capacitive screen tablet will come packed with Qualcomm 1GHz processor, Android 4.0.4 ICS OS, 2MP rear camera, 0.3MP front camera, 5-point multi touch features along with 1600 x 1200 p resolution, Wi-Fi connectivity, 4GB internal storage with expandable storage up to 32GB and 3,000 mAh battery.

Well, as informed earlier, the tab has been launched online and is already available for purchase at Rs 8,999 from Infibeam. The shipping will take 2-3 days and is free of cost.

Wait for GizBot rival story for that, but for the meantime, it is obvious to observe that being a 3G calling tab, Micromax Funbook P560 will pose a big threat to newly launched Lava E-Tab Connect which holds around the same price tag at Rs 8,499.
Lava E-Tab Connect key specifications include 7.0-inch (800 × 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM7227A ARM Cortex A5 processor, Android 4.0.1 (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS, 2MP rear camera, 0.3MP (VGA) front-facing camera, 3G and voice calling via SIM card slot, WiFi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal memory, 32GB expandable memory with microSD and 3000 mAh battery. Lava Connect tablet comes preloaded with applications including Hungama, BigFlix, Edukart, Meritnation, Diamond Comics and Readwhere.
At the same time, other tablets in the Indian market which will fall into threat radar include Karbonn Ta-Fone A34, also launched recently at Rs 7,290, iBall Slide 3G 7334 Dual-sim tablet, HCL ME Y3 and more.
