Yes, finally along with the official release of LG Nexus 5; the Android creator has released Nexus 7 successor, the Asus-made Nexus 7 2013 edition in India in three different variants based on the internal memory storage capacity.
Interested buyers can visit the Google Play Store India, where Nexus 7 2013, 16 GB, 32 GB WiFi only variant and the 32GB variant wireless variant of the tablet are priced at Rs. 20,999, Rs. 23,999 and Rs. 27,999 respectively.
Google has worked on the tablet quite hard enough and have incorporated competent specs and features in it if compared to its old devices. Moreover, the best part of the device is that it gives the best of the specs in the least of the price. Thus, the device will compete with a number of devices in the Indian tablet arena especially the 7 inch models.

Talking about the specs, the tablet comes with a 7 inch LED-backlit IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels and a pixel density of 323 ppi along with a scratch-resistant corning gorilla glass.
Powering the device is a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor clocked to 1.5GHz, Adreno 320 graphic unit and a 2GB RAM. The device runs on Android version 4.3 which is upgradeable to 4.4 KitKat, the latest iteration.
